Star Wars news is everywhere recently.
I was going to discuss a bit about the interview with George Lucas, and comment on his decision to leave the world of blockbusters (after Red Tails and Indy 5). Then I realized, I'd heard that before. It looks like Star Wars will continue, just without any new movies (3D Ep 1 is coming next month, though). So...I'm not sure what this changes, if anything.
Next up, The Essential Reader's Companion, by Pablo Hildago (former WEG freelancer). Never had time to read all of those Star Wars novels? This book is for you. This does for the novels what Star Wars: The Comics Companion did for the comic book lines. A very handy reference, but you'll have to wait till August. Great cover, though.
Lost Tribe of the Sith by John Jackson Miller rolls on with the 8th cover and collected works cover released. Remember, this series is free via ebooks.
And Darth Plagueis the novel is out now. Given the subject, this is likely an EU must read, but I haven't had a chance to pick it up yet. I've enjoyed Luceno's other Star Wars books, though, so I'm looking forward to it.
