Rogue One was amazing. Not saying more about the actual movie until maybe after the holidays. No spoilers here. There's also been a lot of Star Wars news, articles, etc. beyond the new movie...including a new Ghosts of Dathomir preview.
Top of the list: FFG released a new preview of my upcoming adventure Star Wars Force and Destiny Ghosts of Dathomir. It goes into a fair amount of detail, so if you're a player, you may want to hold off to avoid spoilers. GMs trying to decide if they want to run it should dive right in.
Speaking of Dathomir, I watched the most recent Rebels episode Visions and Voices with great interest. Always good for inspiration....
While we're in gaming mode here, Rolling Stone picked up an article called "How a Pen and Paper RPG Brought Star Wars Back From the Dead," about the early history of West End Game's The Star Wars RPG and its place in sustaining and growing Star Wars in the early years.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, FiveThirtyEight ran an article about the end of the EU.
And....The Star Wars Show Holiday Special episode is up and really funny, with a few inside jokes. Happy Holidays!
